When a facility accepts a professional, the payment is taken and held. Not before.
It goes to the professional when the shift is worked and the timesheet is approved, or automatically three days after the last shift if the facility does nothing.
If something goes wrong, either side can raise a complaint and the money stays held until it is settled.

A facility is trusting a stranger with its patients, so we verify before anybody is visible.
Professionals upload the practising licence for their clinical division, issued by the PCN, NMCN, MDCN, MLSCN, MRTB, ODORBN or VCN. We verify it before anybody can hire them, and a licence that has expired stops you being hired until it is renewed.
Facilities give their CAC registration number, which we check before they can post a single shift.
